Shipping prices depend on location, number of items, shipping method, and item type.

Does expedited shipping speed up item availability?

No, expedited shipping only fast-tracks transit time after the order ships. It doesn't affect item availability.

Can manufacturer direct items be expedited?

No, manufacturer direct items cannot be expedited.

Can special event Items be expedited?

Yes, but they can't be shipped or expedited until available.

How is warehouse processing time determined?

Processing time varies per item and is found on the item's description page. Transit time starts after processing and shipping from our facility.

What shipping methods are available?

Shipping methods depend on the item(s) and shipping address. All methods are trackable with the exception to gift cards. You'll find the shipping methods available to you when you checkout!

Are there any fees associated with returns?

Yes, if you use our return label we'll deduct $9.99 from the credit you'll receive to cover return shipping costs. 

Which carriers do you use for shipping?

We use UPS, UPS Mail Innovations, LaserShip, International Bridge, OnTrac, DHL, and Roadie for shipping.

  • For shipments being sent out via Roadie, you may input your delivery instructions to the driver. Please add any special delivery instructions such as the gate code or where to have your shipment delivered
Where do orders ship from?

Most orders ship from our facilities in Jacksonville, FL; Las Vegas, NV; Aberdeen, MD; Louisville, KY and Frazeysburg, OH. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer.

Which carriers should I check for weather delay information?

For orders within the United States, please review the service alerts on the following carrier sites: UPS, DHL, Ontrac, OSM, LaserShip, International Bridge. For international orders, check Landmark.

Can delayed shipments be expedited?

Once an order is shipped we are unable to expedite delivery. If your order is delayed by the shipping carrier we cannot make any changes to your shipping method. For the most current tracking information, please check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation.

Whom should I contact for further questions about delayed packages?

If you have additional questions regarding the delay of your package, please contact the carrier directly.


Partial Shipments 


Why didn't all of my items ship together?

Partial shipments may occur for the following reasons:

  • Large orders requiring multiple packages
  • Special event items with unique shipping dates
  • Manufacturer direct items shipped from designated manufacturers
  • Items shipping from different facilities

If your items are shipped separately, you will receive separate shipping confirmations for each package. Only one shipping fee will be charged, and the items will be delivered as they become available using the selected shipping method.

ShopRunner is a membership program offering unlimited free 2-day shipping to valid addresses in the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. It guarantees delivery within 2 business days from the warehouse.

How do I know which items are eligible for ShopRunner?

Eligible items will display the ShopRunner logo on their product pages. Please note that drop ship, hot market, and customized items are not eligible.

How do I use ShopRunner for my order?

To enjoy ShopRunner benefits, sign in to your ShopRunner account before checking out and ensure your order total is a minimum value of $59. .

Why didn't all of my items qualify for ShopRunner shipping?

If your cart contains an ineligible item, it doesn't qualify for free shipping. You'll be charged a separate shipping fee for ineligible items. These items will be shipped separately from your ShopRunner eligible items.

When can I expect to receive my items?

ShopRunner offers 2-day shipping for eligible items. The delivery time depends on factors like the order placement time and store shipping cut-off times. Transit time begins after your order ships and is calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
